Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    4 eggs
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. cooked pumpkin
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine sugar, oil and eggs in large bowl.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Mix in dry ingredients, mixing well after each ingredient.
    Add pumpkin and nuts; mix well.
    Pour into 2 large, well-greased loaf pans.
    Cook 75 minutes; cool before removing from pans.
    Freezes well.
