Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
2 to 3 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. flour
Preparation

Combine nuts with 1 teaspoon flour.
Set aside.
Sift together flour, cinnamon, salt, soda and powder.
Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
Add sugar and oil, mixing well.
Add vanilla and dry ingredients.
Stir in zucchini.
Stir in prepared nuts.
Grease 2 loaf pans.
Pour batter into pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
