Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin (No. 303 can)
    1 c. nuts (optional)
    2 tsp. soda
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. dates or raisins, chopped
    vanilla
    salt
    cinnamon
    pinch of cloves
Preparation
    Combine and mix all liquids.
    Stir in dry ingredients.
    Add nuts and dates last.
    Pour batter halfway into 4 (one pound) greased coffee cans.
    Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
