Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine or shortening
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 c. sliced cranberries
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. raspberry flavoring
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs and cream good.
Add flour, salt, soda, sour cream, flavorings and orange juice.
Mix good.
Add cranberries, orange rind and nuts; mix well.
Makes 7 small aluminum foil pans or 3 large loaves.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes for small pans or for 50 to 60 minutes for large loaf pans.
