Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Pare and cut potatoes into 1 1/2-inch cubes.
Boil in a large pot until a fork easily pierces cubes.
Drain and place in a 9 x 11-inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle granulated sugar and brown sugar over potatoes.
Slice butter into several \"pats\" and place evenly on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
