Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. all purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. ground allspice
    3 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 c. pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, spices, and sugar. Add oil, eggs, pumpkin, and water, beating until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour batter into 2 lightly greased 9x5x3 loaf pans. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in the center of a loaf comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool on wire racks.
