Ingredients

2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. chocolate or butterscotch chips
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff; gradually add sugar, beating well.
Fold in chips and nuts.
Drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheet (nonstick or brown paper covered).
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Put cookies in oven and immediately turn off heat.
Leave oven closed overnight (don't peek).
Store in airtight container. Makes 35 cookies.
