2 or 3 medium zucchini, grated (2 or 3 c.)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c. sour cream
1 small onion
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
