Low-Fat Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar (or less to taste)
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (approximately 3 to 4 bananas)
1/3 c. 2% or 1% milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. applesauce (unsweetened)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Stir together the flour, soda and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix applesauce and sugar until smooth (can use mixer).
Add eggs and bananas.
Beat until well mixed.
