Dijon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 boneless chicken breasts
    1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary
    1/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Saute chicken 2 minutes on each side in skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients that have been mixed together.
    Simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring until chicken is tender.
    Serves 5, 175 calories per serving.
