Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. bananas, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar thoroughly.
Blend in bananas, eggs and vanilla.
Sift flour, soda and salt together.
Add to banana mixture, alternating with milk.
Mix thoroughly after each addition.
Add nuts.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours, or until cake tester comes out clean.
Makes 2 small loaves.
