Zucchini Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. unbleached flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. unpeeled grated zucchini
    1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Gradually beat in sugar, then oil. Combine dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture alternately with zucchini.
    Stir in walnuts and vanilla.
    Turn into greased and floured 9-inch tube pan. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes. Turn out and cool.
