Quick Orange Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    2/3 c. orange juice
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In large bowl, sift flour with sugar, baking powder, allspice, salt and baking soda.
    Beat egg thoroughly and combine with orange rind, juice and melted butter.
    Add liquid to flour mixture all at once.
    Stir only until well blended.
    Stir in nuts.
    Bake in well-greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch) in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 50 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
    Cool completely before slicing.
