Stuffed Pizza Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) cans Pillsbury pizza crust
    3/4 c. prepared pizza sauce
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    9 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeeze to drain
    5 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni (1 1/4 c.)
    4.5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    4 oz. jar sliced pimientos, drained
    2 1/4 oz. can sliced ripe olives, drained
Preparation
    Preparation Time: 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cooking Time: 25 to 30 minutes.
