Delicious Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. round steak (1-inch thick)
    1 c. onion, sliced
    3 carrots, sliced
    1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix together mustard, flour and salt.
    Pound dry mixture into steak; cover both sides.
    Brown both sides.
    Cover meat with onions, carrots and tomatoes.
    Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce, salt and brown sugar over all in long pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
