Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten until foamy
    2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
    1 c. nuts or raisins (I prefer nuts)
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    5 to 6 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix lightly, but well.
    Mix dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Add nuts. Bake in
    2 loaf pans for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
