Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 ripe bananas (to make 1 1/2 c. mashed)
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 slightly beaten egg whites
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. finely grated lemon peel or 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Spray loaf pan with nonstick coating.
    In large mixing bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    In medium mixing bowl, stir together beaten egg whites, banana, sugar, cooking oil and lemon peel.
    Add to flour mixture, stirring just until combined.
    Fold in nuts.
    Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 50 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
