Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white corn meal
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Scald
    1
    cup
    of
    white
    corn
    meal with 1 1/2 cups of boiling water.
    Cool for
    1
    hour.
    Add
    the well beaten eggs, milk, baking powder, salt
    and
    sugar.
    In
    baking dish, put 1 tablespoon of butter and melt in a 400\u00b0 oven.
    Remove dish and swish butter around sides
    and bottom.
    Add batter and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
