Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
2 c. shredded zucchini

Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla together and add shredded zucchini.
