Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 c. self-rising flour
2 Tbsp. bourbon
8 oz. candied red cherries, chopped
8 oz. candied green cherries, chopped
8 oz. candied pineapple, chopped
8 oz. dates, chopped
1 lb. pecans, finely chopped
Preparation

Knead together eggs, sugar and margarine.
Sift flour and mix with egg mixture.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet, sprayed with Pam.
(I shape them in little balls.) Bake at 275\u00b0 for 25 to 28 minutes.
\"Do not overbake.\" Best after 2 to 3 weeks.
Bake in advance for Christmas!
