Vanilla No-Bake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. each: quick rolled oats, flaked coconut and vanilla chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    food coloring as desired
Preparation
    Stir the margarine and sugar over medium-high heat until full boil is reached; boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Add the oats, coconut and vanilla chips.
    Also add the vanilla and food coloring as desired.
    Quickly drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper to cool. Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
