Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. bananas, mashed
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (if desired)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch or 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch
    pan.
    Mix sugar, bananas, oil and eggs in a large bowl with wooden spoon.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour in pan.
    Bake until a wooden toothpick comes out clean when inserted, about 60 to 70 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes before serving.
    Makes 1 loaf.
