Sweet Tater Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. sweet taters, cooked
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mash sweet taters; stir in 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
    Beat egg and add milk and orange juice.
    Stir in sweet tater; mix gradually and add cinnamon.
    Put in casserole; dot butter.
    Sprinkle the remaining brown sugar and top with nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
