1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
