Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c cooked squash
1 large onion, chopped
1-10 oz can cream of chicken soup(or cream of celery)
1 c sour cream
1 stick melted butter or margarine
1 pkg Pepperidge Farms cornbread stuffing mix
Preparation

Mix ingredients together, reserving some stuffing crumbs for topping.
Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
