Apple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. shredded apple
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine eggs, oil, flour, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a large bowl.
Stir in apples, nuts and raisins.
Pour in a greased loaf pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
