Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked zucchini, drained and blended
6 eggs, beaten
4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 c. molasses
1 2/3 c. oil
6 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
7 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Mix zucchini, eggs, sugar, vanilla, molasses and oil together. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Add nuts.
Put in 4 loaf pans sprayed with Pam and floured.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
