Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. cooked squash
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix together first 3 ingredients, mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients, blend well.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
