Ham And Potato Microwave Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes, sliced thin
    6 oz. sliced ham or bacon, cut in pieces
    3 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Line microwave dish (greased) with 1/3 of the potatoes and 1/3 of the ham; sprinkle 1/3 of the onions.
    Mix salt, pepper and flour and sprinkle 1/3 over other ingredients in dish.
    Repeat 2 more times; top with cheese.
    Pour milk over all.
    Cover with plastic wrap (venting one side).
    Microwave on High for 4 minutes.
    Rotate; cook 2 more minutes.
    Remove plastic wrap and cook 2 to 4 more minutes longer.
    You may place under broiler to brown.
