Sugar-Free Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    2 c. water
    1 c. plum or prune baby food or 1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. liquid sweetener
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cook raisins in water until dry.
    Mix all ingredients well. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured (or Bundt pan) at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until cake pulls away from sides of pan.
