1 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream butter and peanut butter together.
Gradually add the white and brown sugars.
Cream until blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat until smooth.
Sift flour, measure and then sift again with soda into the mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet.
Then slightly flatten cookie dough with the back of spoon. Bake in moderately slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Makes 6 dozen.
