Reuben Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sauerkraut (16 oz.), rinsed and drained
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. sweet pickle relish
    1/4 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
    1 can corned beef, cut into 8 slices
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Place in layers on bread, cheese, kraut and beef.
    Toast.
