Lemon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1 egg
1/3 c. oil
1 Tbsp. oatmeal
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Beat egg with a fork; add oil and juice.
Mix well.
Add oatmeal and nuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Frost with lemon icing.
