Sally'S Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    4 c. pumpkin (one 2 1/2 can plus 1/2 c. water)
    1 c. oil
    5 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. nuts (chopped dates or raisins)
    4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Bake one hour 350\u00b0.
    Test with toothpick.
    This makes 3 loaf pans or 5 small loaf pans.
    This will freeze well.
