Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. self-rising flour
4 eggs
6 large bananas, crushed
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans
raisins, nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon (optional)
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar, oil, eggs and crushed bananas; sift flour and all the spices.
Then add to mixture.
Add raisins and nuts last.
Beat well.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
Use tube pan or loaf pan.
Let cool on a rack in pan for 10 to 15 minutes.
Then dump.
