Crab Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh crabmeat, drained
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 large eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Stir well, shape crab mixture into 12 patties.
    Pour oil into skillet (depth of 2 inches).
    Fry patties until golden brown.
