Banana Sour Cream Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 c. sour cream
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, sour cream, bananas and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add flour.
Bake in greased and floured loaf pan 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0 or in a tube pan for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
