Spinach Souffl - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. finely chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 (11 oz.) pkg. Stouffer's frozen spinach souffl, thawed
2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Prepare a souffl dish by lightly brushing with olive oil; set aside.
In a large frying pan, cook the onion and garlic in olive oil until softened, but not browned, 3 to 5 minutes.
Stir in spinach souffl, Parmesan cheese and pepper.
Spoon into prepared souffl dish.\tPlace on baking sheet and bake for 60 to 75 minutes.
Top will be browned when done. Adjust baking time according to your oven.\tCan be served immediately or at room temperature.
Serves 10.
