Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. coarsely shredded zucchini
    18 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts.
    Set aside.
    Beat eggs slightly in a large mixing bowl.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat until creamy.
    Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Add dry ingredients, stirring only until moistened. Spoon batter into two well-greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
