Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
6 maraschino cherries
1/3 c. unsalted margarine
2 c. flour
1 c. crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
Preparation

Beat sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and mix well.
Mix flour and baking powder together.
Combine sugar and flour mixtures.
Blend.
Add pineapple, mix to combine.
Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cut into 20 slices.
