Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beat until fluffy
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients well and add the remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in loaf pans or 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
