Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. grated raw zucchini
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine oil, eggs, sugar, zucchini and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
    Blend well.
    Stir in flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    (Do not beat.)
    Stir in nuts.
    Spoon into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
