Garlic Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
6 cloves garlic, peeled and left whole
salt in water
Preparation

Boil potatoes and garlic in salt water until tender.
Drain well.
Add 1/2 stick light butter.
Using hand blender mash all above ingredients until smooth.
Slowly add skim milk and 2 Tablespoons lite mayo, until creamy consistency.
Sprinkle parsley before serving.
