Pear Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. peeled chopped pears (about 2)
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 sour cream
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Beat oil, sugar and eggs, until blended.
Add sour cream and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients to wet; mix, stir and blend until smooth.
Add nuts and pears.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 1 hour.
