Ingredients

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanila
1 tsp. butter
1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pie crust
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
Mix egg yolks and milk, then add dry ingredients.
Cook in double boiler until thickened.
Add vanilla and butter.
Allow to cool, then pour in crust.
Beat egg whites; pour on pie and brown at 350\u00b0.
