Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. pumpkin (1 can No. 2 1/2 size)
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. water
    5 1/4 c. flour
    4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. salt
    nuts and/or raisins
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients. Bake in five 1 pound coffee cans. Divide batter evenly. Should be about half full.
