Jewish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. coarsely chopped dates
    1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    5 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 unbeaten eggs
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour into 10-inch square pan and bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Let stand until not quite cool, 10 to 15 minutes.
    Cut into bars. Roll each bar in confectioners sugar.
