Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 slices dry bread, slightly moistened
    1 egg
    1 c. applesauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Crumble moistened bread into bowl, add rest of ingredients. Mix well, then add ground beef.
    Stir or knead until well blended. Pack into greased loaf pan and unmold onto a flat baking pan. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Spoon tomato puree over loaf 15 minutes before baking is finished.
