Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. coarsely shredded zucchini
3/4 c. nuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts. Set aside.
Beat eggs in large bowl and add sugar, oil and vanilla.
Beat until creamy.
Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
Add dry ingredients.
Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour in two well-greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done when tested.
