Ginger Snaps(Ocie'S Molasses Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. Crisco
    1/4 c. molasses or cane syrup
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Combine
    sugar,
    flour,
    salt, soda and spices.
    Cut in Crisco to\tresemble
    coarse crumbs.
    Stir in molasses and egg. Chill dough.
    Shape
    into
    1-inch
    balls;
    roll in granulated sugar and place
    on cookie sheet.
    Do not mash down.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Remove from pan immediately.
